• What is your returns policy?

  You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Products with broken seals cannot be returned.Returns are only accepted for private customers (not businesses), and you must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days by emailing: norway@faceformula.com.
• How do I start a return or exchange process?

  To initiate a return, email us at norway@faceformula.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid return label by email. Print the label, securely pack the items, and drop off the parcel at your nearest post office. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• What payment methods do you accept, and which currencies do you support?

  We accept the following payment methods Visa/Mastercard and Vipps. All transactions are processed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
